A new build in Clarence places a simple, modern design in the midst of a traditional neighborhood.
For this new build, we blended the client's Las Vegas and Los Angeles-inspired contemporary vision into a traditional Clarence neighborhood. A spa-style master bathroom with a tambour wall, an open curved staircase to the second floor and the basement, and a custom wine room with all black doors off a more traditional dining room injected the client’s modern sensibilities into the design. Each element of this home - whether the front door and main hallway, the beams in the kitchen, or the two-story fireplace in the great room - was custom designed, resulting in a home that pushes the boundaries of what Western New York architecture and interior design can be.
